Mum used to make me take cod liver oil against my will. It was completely gross! Thankfully, a child-friendly concoction hit the shelves a few years later. It was orange-flavoured. I thought it was the most brilliant invention ever! My battle with cod liver oil ended henceforth.

Haha.. reminds me of my childhood too. I didn't like the taste at all (fishy taste), luckily they also come in capsule form few years later.. Those were the days =)
